Getting older has its issues. Anxiety is one of mine. So I tried this SamE because my doctor recommended it instead of sleep aides. It has helped me calm down and sleep has definitely improved. Usually I don’t notice any benefit from supplements I take, but this is different. I’m glad I tried it and will continue to do so. Tastes great too. Like a sweet treat!!

Seems to be helping with arthritic join pain after just a few weeks.

I ordered these to help me sleep better throughout the night. I was told SAMe helps with that. I used to wake up at 1am and not go back to sleep for hours. It was terrible. I took these for about two months and started to see a huge difference. I notice when I stop taking them that my sleep isn't as great.They taste really good to me! It's kind of hard to only take 3 gummies because they taste so good.

I appreciate the benefits that this product provides. I've been using these for a year now. This last order was a bit hard and on the stale side with a flavor that was not the same as I recalled in previous orders. I hope this was a one off quality mistake. Otherwise, great product for a supplement that provides the necessary nutrients, all in one. Thank you

I've taken 400 mg of Sam e for years. Sometimes it feels like it's working, a lot of the time it doesn't feel like it is. I ordered this maximum dosage to use instead and I cannot believe what a great change it has been.
