How to waste your money
This item was very expensive and not working at all. You cannot use external e-sims and the in-built were very expensive and of terrible quality. They did not accept to return the item. Advise anyone against buying this

Great purchase to upgrade your phones capibilities.
Does the job as expected/described. Look out for combined packages as those could be cheaper than individual countries (e.g. Egypt is $10, 77+ is $7, inc. Egypt)

In 2 minds on how useful it is
This has attracted equal number of good and bad reviews.I had no problem in importing a 3rd party esim into the card.Advantage - I can load the card with multiple esims and swap phones as easily as swapping physical cards. For example, when my phone dies. It is quite a hassle to swap esim between phones, some require you to delete esim from old phone, difficult if the phone died!Disadvantage - it needs internet connection to switch to different esims on the card. I may be travelling to different countries and have no immediate internet access. I then cannot switch the country esim I bought!I am not sure if this is a useful addition to an esim capable phone, but definitely would recommend it for phones that are not esim capable.

Does what it claims. Best on a dual physical sim device.
4* for the physical esim, 5* for EIOTCLUB customer service, 2* for the included data.Popped the physical esim into SIM slot 1, moving my Smarty SIM to slot 2, and loaded the app. (The app will take a picture of the card, so you don't have to worry about entering long strings of numbers to liven it up). Then tried it - and it immediately connected to the 3 network. However, I only got about 1Mb/s download, couple up, compared to Smarty (also on 3) of 40Mb/s down and nearly 4 up. Websites are slow to load, so that was somewhat disappointing.I noticed that I couldn't get the app to look like what is on the pages here, nor could I load a third party esim. So a chat to customer services (within the app)...which was answered in seconds. "Hilda" did not have any suggestions about the low bit rate, but informed me there was a problem with the Google Play app, which they are looking at, so to download the apk from the website. Not particularly happy with doing that, but I don't do banking on my phone, so I would hope a low risk. Anyway, once this was done, I could see the correct screens and loaded a Keepgo Tucana esim (it doesn't expire, and it covers lots of countries around the world). This loaded happily and gave me over 40Mb/s on O2. OK, not the >100Mb/s we get on another phone with built in esim capability, but good enough, and gives me hope that there won't be a problem when we go abroad in a few weeks. So with the poor speeds and costs, I can't see me buying EIOTCLUB esim packages, but as a home for Keepgo esims on a dual physical sim device - brilliant!

Beware not all third party esims will download and install.
Mixed feelings about this one.... Beware not all third party esims will download and install on the card :(I bought it use with an esim from SPUSU only to discover that it is not compatible with the eiotclub physical eSIM.But it did install an esim from goglobal which I will tryout in a few days when I travel.Probably best to contact EIOTCLUB support if you have a third party esim in mind before purchasing to check compatibility.Would be good if there was a list stating which esim providers they are not compatible with.

The physical esim
It’s a physical sim with built in esim options which is great for an old or not compatible phone, the sim worked straight out of the box and when I went abroad same thing plug and play just make sure that the roaming is on, one downside is that you cannot buy an esim package from another company and added to that Sim card
