Apply to damp hair after shampooing, leave on for a few minutes, and then rinse out. Use a small amount, around the size of a quarter or a nickel. Use after every shampoo for best results.

Read the reviews though, I got one of the 33.8oz bottles from a Amazon seller, not Amazon direct and like many of the other reviews it was different than the same conditioner I have used in the past. It was either watered down or a totally different product, it smelled almost like Vaseline hand lotion not the normal salon smell, it was thinner, and did not work well. The 'real' PM bought from a salon is excellent, it's thick rich and conditions and detangles really well.
