Arrived with 1 broken and 2 missing! Have ordered a replacement and will update this if its sorted, but that's pretty bad so far as these were for a gift. *UPDATE* ... replacement arrived the next day with no issues and they look fab. Returning the box with broken and 2 missing.

These were a gift for my sister, together with a bottle of grey goose and an espresso martini mixer, to create an entire cocktail gift box.Not only are they sturdy, elegant and aesthetically pleasing, each glass has an individual pattern, making them perfect for parties, so as not to lose track of your glass.All in all, the perfect addition to anyone's glass collection. i recommend this purchase.Value wise they are great value, without the price tag that would make you nervous of using, when people may be a little less careful, after a tipple or two!

I ordered the Balloon glasses this time , after previously purchasing the white wine glasses. The glasses arrived next day as usual, but unfortunately one of the glasses was broken. On inspection I found the balloon glasses not be as good a quality as the wine glasses I had purchased. Very disappointed as the wine glasses are of excellent quality , and I love the design. Can’t understand how coming from the same company the quality is not the same. Anyway returned immediately , and purchased another brand , which I am happy with .

The glasses have four distinctive and appealing designs. The effect is spoiled by them being etched with the word “MIKASA” lopsidedly on one side of the base — something that is not shown clearly in any of the image before you buy them, but that you can see in this attached photo.

I have nothing but praise for this Company. I originally ordered a set of these glasses as I liked the fact that they were individual in design, all four glasses with a different design.When they arrived, sadly two were the same.I got in touch with the Company and they did not quibble with me. They sent a full set of new glasses out straight away without me incurring any charges and they arrived before Christmas🎄I couldn't have asked for a better service.I would highly recommend this Company and I will be back in the future to purchase more items as their customer services is second to none.HIGHLY RATE THIS SELLER 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good glasses nice looking

I’ve had the larger glasses for years (no breakage) so decided to treat myself to these white wine glasses. However they are as big as my old red wine glasses (another brand). So, i’ve decided not to get the res ones as i feel they are too big, 600mls+. Happy to use there for red or white

Have ordered these glasses 2 times in the past with no problem.. This order arrived with 2 broken glasses. The carton was cobbled together from a carton that was too large. The resulting carton had too little support and no packing to make up for the poor carton. Maybe buying stemmed glassware from Amazon is not a good idea. Will likely try to find this product and other stemware locally in the future. Too bad. Buying from Amazon is very convenient.

Dishwasher safe.Just in case you're new at this: Don't let glasses touch anything else but plastic in the dishwasher or they will break. True for our glass, crystal, etc.

When St. Patrick's came and I was fixing dinner I realized I had no beer glasses. Now I do, and they are lovely!

These are the best!!!!! I bought these glasses years ago. My favorite. Had to buy a new set recently because the others broke after years of use. I'm glad they're still available. I'm surprised that each time....the product comes from the UK. I don't understand why they are not popular in the U.S.They're beautiful, very well balanced, and I love that they are not huge.
