This sleeve works very well and is much more comfortable than the straps which come with the catheter bag - it keeps the plastic of the bag itself away from my leg and is much more secure in keeping the bag from sliding down my leg. I like that this set includes several sleeves as well as a mesh bag to use when laundering the sleeves - mine are holding up well after multiple washings. I also found a secondary use for the sleeves. Once finding the sleeves, my remaining annoyance with the bag setup was that the velcro on the Dale bands used to secure the catheter would catch on clothing, get pulled up, curl, and catch more. In considering what I could use to cover up the velcro, I realized that a shorter version of the sleeve would be perfect. I cut one of the sleeves in half, pulled it up over the Dale band, and voila! No more snagging, comfortable, and no interference with the bag. I wash the cut sleeve halves along with the full sleeves, and they have not raveled. I am very pleased with this product!

Works well to hold up my nephrostomy tube bags. The only time it starts to slide is when I let the bag get too full. It is very comfortable. If I know I won’t be able to empty it for awhile I wrap the belt that came with bag around the top of the leg bag holder. The belt is so much more comfortable used this way and so far has not come loose, like it has occasionally when I’ve used the belt alone.

These Ugo sleeves are way more comfortable and far less bulky than the straps I originally had for my Foley leg catheter bag. I am a slim male who is only 5'5" tall. The Medium fit me extremely well. I wore the top on my thigh and the bottom went down my calf. The material is not weak but it frays easily because it is fairly loosely woven. The catheter fits in the pocket portion very snugly. It is not a true pocket, it is more of an additional sleeve compartment. It was a little difficult getting the valve to the bottom opening, but I was able to eventually get it through. Although these sleeves can accommodate a Foley brand leg catheter, I went onto the Ugo website and saw that they had their own line of catheters. I believe that these sleeves are designed to fit their brand perfectly. Adding everything together, I still would recommend this product and was happy that I had these sleeves when I needed them.

This order came with 4 sleeves and a laundry bag to wash them. After you place the external condom and affix to the tube to the plastic leg bag, just slip on the Ugo Sleeve to cover everything and make feel secure on the leg. I actually cut a cotton sock and placed between my husbands leg and the plastic bag to make it more comfortable for him and the Sleeve is the "icing on the cake" so it's very comfortable on his leg. They are very well made. I highly recommend it!

I have bought these 5 times and recamended as many times to others. Had to send these back. They are not the same fabric, streched out so bad after washing (the same way as always) only a few times. I hope it was just a bad batch, we would like to order again but are afraid.

hard to describe, unless you are using a Foley or a medical professional. Foleys tend to kink on themselves stopping the drainage. This soft, elastic but not tight slides on the leg and keeps the drainage tube straight and also prevents separation w/ resulting leakage. A life saver! Especially important w/ walking, bending, playing golf. Any kind of movement that could cause separation or kinking.

Forget using those stoopid leg straps that keep sliding down your leg. Bag o’ pee sloshing around as you walk. AWKWARD! This stretchy thing stays put, it’s comfortable, and is easy on/off. I use with the Ugo mid size bag and honestly — no sloshing sound. I feel free! One CON, and there’s no way around this one. Wearing this apparatus on your thigh is gonna be rather obvious. As the bag fills, you’ll have a bloated thigh. As a female, I’m so happy to see baggy pants come back into style! You can wear this Ugo lower on your leg, under your knee, if your tubes are long enough. HUGE RECOMMENDATION on this item.

If your thighs have no shape this is the product for you. Medium size measured 13 inches at the top and 12 inches at the bottom, unstretched. My thighs are 4 1/2 inches different top to bottom. The top band cut off circulation. Also, there was already a snag in the knitted fabric when I removed it form the package. Second product I have ordered from this manufacturer that did not work.

Had an emergency nephrostomy after a kidney stone blocked my ureter. It’s a huge adjustment! I have sensory issues and the elastic leg straps feel scratchy and I’m still paranoid about the bag dropping and pulling the tube out of my kidney. These are great. Yeah the material could be better (it’s a bit like the net knickers that hold incontinence pads) but it’s quite soft. Certainly softer than elastic and Velcro! The bags crinkle up with straps too and don’t feel that secure. These are great. I didn’t measure, just ordered a medium and it’s a perfect fit. Tight, but doesn’t feel it with 4 way stretch and it isn’t going to cut off my circulation. These bag feels secure, even when full it is staying put. Feels better under clothing too. It’s good to not have the clammy bag next to my skin sloshing around. I’d highly recommend these if you have sensory issues. The tap is easily accessible (mine has a tap that pulls downwards) without any fiddling. I just need to experiment with where the tap goes, probably inner thigh is more comfortable for me. I’m glad products like this exist as honestly, adjusting to a nephrostomy is tough! I feel like u can get on with my life with these.
