I've been buying this product for a couple of years now and I love it. When I take it, I don't suffer from depression, but if I stop taking it for a few days, the depression returns. This is the only brand of vitamin D I will take. I take four of these every day. They are a great price, I get them on subscribe and save. I never get an upset stomach from them. They are good size, not a small pill.
