Aluminum GOVO Badge Holder/Wallet_ Durable ID Card Holder with Metal Clip and 4 Cards Slot (Silver)

What a solid piece of aluminum. it is very strong. sliding your card in feels really secure. i used it for my twic card and it really holds it down. this is just the aluminum portion. the plastic covering is about two credit cards thick. it feels solid. i tried to put a little bit of pressure onto it and it does flex but who would be flexing the cover purposely? i havent exposed it to the salt elements of the sea so that is something that i will be worrying about. the clip is very tight. i actually like that. it is very stiff so you will feel comfortable hanging it out of your pocket. totally worth the money if you can afford it. Update: I just dropped it 2 meters onto concrete tile flooring. no cracks, blemishes, burrs, whatnot.

What is to say about this badge holder? I have two. The Polymer Tan is used for work, the Titanium is home and play. The Titanium is a bit more expensive, but you are buying style and sturdiness. It doubles as a decent deterrent if you throw it at some one (joke). But, it will definitely keep up with you and your lifestyle, guaranteed. I have gotten my daily wallet down to 4 cards, all of which I can keep in here. I use the back clip for money. This may be a little riskier, having your money visible, but I have never had an issue of it coming loose yet. Needless to say, I love the product, and love the GOVO line. Keep it up guys. 5 out of 5.

Great badge holder. It looks nice and built solid. The only thing to remember it is metal, so it is not super light like most plastic badge holders. It can carry 4 cards and with the leaf/curved style retention slates inside it doesn't matter if you have 1 card or 4 the card(s), they will not wiggle/shift/move inside the holder. Pushing up from the bottom of the holder you can slide up all your card(s) and grab as needed. I would recommend a lanyard with a metal style clip because of the metal attachment point on the badge holder.

Update (12/07/2019): After 8 months, still working well, no issues. Summary: I looked at this (GOVO) and a lower cost alternative (ELV), and decided to buy both and do a comparison. GOVO Details: First, I looked at the plastic version of the GOVO badge holder, and most of the negative reviews complained of two issues: a) the plastic breaking at the clip mount point, and b) the clear front separating because the screws stripped out of the plastic. Therefore, I decided to go with the aluminum version (the Titanium, while cool, was too expensive). Pros: 1) Heavy duty alumninum constrution, 2) front plastic is frosted not glossy, so less reflective, 3) simple card removal (cut-out slot), 4) slotted frame can be used to hang the holder horizontally (see pictures). Cons: 1) Heavier than plastic (and the ELV), and 2) Expensive. Discussion: I rated it 4 stars, mainly because of the high price point. Overall, the alumninum version appears that it will be very durable. ELV Details: The ELV looks very promising. Pros: 1) low cost (1/3 cost of GOVO), 2) aluminum frame, 3) seamless construction, 4) good fit & finish, and 5) card removal lever. Cons: The only gripe I could identify is that the card removal level protrudes from the bottom of the holder. Discussion: The ELV can be hung from a paracord lanyard like the GOVO; however, it needs to be smaller (2mm, or Type I cord, not 550# paracord). Conclusion: If you want the high speed, low drag version, the nod goes to the GOVO. However, the ELV is a very close second, and actually way ahead of cost is your primary driving factor. Very sturdy, quality badge holder. With a solid clip. Definitely cost more but seems like a good deal over the life of thx badge holder

I work in a chemical plant and am required to wear a badge outside in the unit. The first badge holder I bought from this company was the plastic one and it held up for 5 years. It has been dropped from 30 plus feet, been exposed to countless hours in direct sunlight. Been abused and it held up for all that time. It had several cracks in the plastic but was still fully functional. I decided to get a new lens holder from this company and opted for the titanium model. This thing is great. Feels really sturdy, very good construction. Has some weight to it but not heavy. Feels great. Would definitely recommend.

I have had this thing for 5 years now and it is as good as the day I bought it. It is solidly built, an incredible value, and has plenty of room for multiple cards. I use mine for one specific card that stays in it so I put a piece of tape across the top so it never comes out.

This badge is made of very highquality aluminum. The design is well thought out, leaving open spaces for RFID waves to pass through, so you don’t have to remove the badge. It’s also light weight and very good looking. The cards are held tight, but are easy to remove via the thumb indenting the back. I can remove cards/badges without taking the clip off my belt. The clip is study, and holds tight both on my belt, and even onto a thin t-shirt. No need to get losing this. The only negative things I could say are I fear over time the plastic cover will scratch. And I think the price is slightly high for the value. That said, I would still buy it again at the same price. I haven’t seen a better fade/card holder on the market.

Cumple expectativas, parece sólido y resistente

Ik had eerst de plastic versie, die is na 5 jaarintensief gebruik helaas stuk gegaan. Nu overgegaan naar Aluminium, met een beetje schrik dat de badgelezers niet meer zouden werken, maar niets is minder waar. Top product voor mij. Geen kletsende badge tegen je borst en toch altijd bij de hand.

Ich habe mir dieses Produkt gekauft um meinen Dienstausweis entsprechend zu verstauen. Der Clip hält gut, sodass er nicht vom Hosenbund rutscht. Es können bis zu 4 Karten in den Halter zugefügt werden. Diese werden mit einen innen liegenden Spange gehalten. Auch Stürze sind kein Problem, ich hatte schon einige Male Schweißperlen auf der Stirn. Aber nichts, keine Risse oder Abplatzungen. Ich würde mir das Teil jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Le porte badge est vraiment solide, très bien usiné. Clairement il devrait durer dans le temps, surtout que la partie plastique transparente est remplaçable en cas de casse. J'ai pu mettre à l'intérieur, mon badge de travail, mon abonnement TGV, mon pass Navigo. Très pratique. Seul bémol...un peu cher en version titane...mais ca doit etre la rançon d'un produit exceptionnel
