I have a 10ft pool..how long will it take to reduce the chlorine levels and how long after can you swim

Hi, without knowing the chlorine level it would be difficult for us to determine how long it would take. I would suggest to add small amounts i.e. a tea spoon at a time in warm water and when it is dissolved add to the water. Do a test after 20 minutes and repeat if necessary. You can use your pool 20 minutes after adding the final dose. Hope this helps

How often show I use this? I used 4g yesterday but the test strip is still reading a notch above the ideal level.

I have not used this product often enough to give you an answer regarding frequency of use but when I have had a similar experience to you I've just added a little more product to the water and retested. If you are using it in a hot tub I would suggest you run the pump and air jets for a couple of minutes after adding the chemicals to ensure an even distribution and effect. KenJ

Difficult to say as it depends on how much water your hot tub contains, simple solution is to add small amounts daily and check your levels before putting any reducer in each day untill you reach the level you require
