A lot of useful information based on intensive research, of which half the book is dedicated to. The other half is a hard sell of Ben Ong's own expensive supplements and products. This is big business and the book is the main marketing tool. An interesting and informative read, but not worth the purchase price.

This book was not cheap. I learned nothing that I did not already know about the prostate and how to treat it. This book is used by the author to promote himself and not very cheap supplements.

Very well written book and very informative. Well worth the read.
