Process a lot of food without your waterbath boiling over.
Sturdy waterbath canner. Easily held 15 pints. The photo shows a 1 quart jar beside it to show how tall it is. Solves my problem of water boiling over while processing quarts.Glad I didn't pay extra for a drain valve because I don't want a potential leak of hot water. After the water has cooled I siphoned the water into my sink, but a bucket would work also. Check out the wine making supplies for a easy to start siphoning hose.

Amazing Canner
This canner is amazing and so glad I invested in one! The condensation doesn’t leak over the outer edges it all goes back into the canner. Size is perfect for my stove and I can’t wait to can more! I’m going to order the 2nd tray to double pints. Thanks for a great design and this is made very well.

High quality time saver
Very high quality product made with high quality stainless steel. It cut so much time off of my canning projects due to the size. It fits perfectly over the front and back burners.

Makes light work of water bathing
Can't wait till canning season. Used it for applesauce and I'm ready to go crazy! Can't wait to put this to use again. Salsa and tomatoes are going to go much faster with this monster canner.

Looks good. Works well.
We do a fair bit of pressure canning and hot water bath. This addition to the show has sped up the process quite a fair amount. Initial appearance has the look of a device that should be around for a few years.

First timer
I am a newbie to canning and I went overboard planting tomatoes-85 plants. This canner is perfect because I can process 15 qts of sauce at a time . I have also used it to blanch corn on the cob for dehydration. I did 36 ears at one time and definately could have fit 48. It would also be great for clambakes. It is heavy to dump but I have a large sink and lay it sideways for emptying. The handles are sturdy.when not in use it is perfect for storing all my canning supplies. Fits perfectly on my gas cooktop and heats fast.

Looks like a fantastic canner!
Having compared several brands of the 15qt canner, we settled on this one for a few reasons: Amish made products are renowned for quality craftmanship, and we knew we'd be getting a good product that justified the purchase price. Additionally we really liked the rounded handles on sides and top, vs another brand that had wooden bails and flat/sharp metal handles. With this brand, the handles will hold up to various storage and cooking settings with minimal wear. If you're looking for durability and multi-function (both indoor with proper stovetop, and outdoor over the fire or sturdy propane stove) this is the perfect canner! Note: This particular model does not have a drainage port - personally we prefer a solid, leakproof item and don't mind bailing water out with a smaller pot once it cools. But there is another model with a nice drainage port if that's a feature you will need. Lastly, the interior has a nice solid weld that is fully functional (don't expect a shiny smooth inside corner edge as with other canners that use glue or other sealants at the joints - this baby will hold solid no matter what!). Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to canning large batches and saving time over the round 7 qt canners.
