As such, I will sometimes bring them to events; transporting them in a small duffel. After breaking one of them, I decided that maybe I needed a case. I purchased one; just to check it out, and now I will be buying two more. I laughed out loud when I read "Luxury and Fashionable" listed as key selling points for the LTGEM case for Anova on the product page. Trust me: you won't confuse this with Gucci storage for your sous vide circulator. But it is very nicely made for what it is, everything fits easily as you can see in the photograph and all the five star reviews here will make sense when you buy it.What you may be wondering is this: why do you need a case for your Anova when the box it comes in is sturdy and well-designed for storage? I wondered the same thing for about a year, but I'm very happy that I finally bought a case. No buyer's remorse. Its two advantages over the box are that the case is somewhat more compact--not dramatically so, but enough to make a difference, which I like. And the various Anova parts--circulator, power cord and clamp--fit in easily with no hassle. The box always felt like a bit of a puzzle to me in getting everything back in just right.So I'm adding my five stars to all those that have preceded me. Just be prepared to wait a while if you order it--mine was shipped directly from China, apparently on the proverbial "slow boat" considering the time it took to reach me. I was looking for a way to store my two Anova Precision Cookers. This case is a great solution for storing your units without just shoving them into a drawer or cabinet, and having cords getting tangled and damaged. The build quality is rugged, but still somewhat soft.Note: I have the AN500 1000W models. The headline does not list this model specifically, so I took a chance and ordered just one to make sure. Everything fits fine. There is actually a couple of inches left over in the case at the bottom of the unit itself (see picture), but the unit doesn't shift or move, so everything is fine.Highly recommended.

I was perplexed on how to store my new Anova Sous Vide cooker outside of the bulky box that it was shipped with. The cooker doesn't fit nicely in any of my drawers or cabinets on its own and I don't like having loose electrical plugs floating around amongst other utensils in my drawers. This case is perfect! All of the parts fit nicely. The zipper is effortless and the case wipes clean if needed. It is large due to the shape of the cooker parts but it is very neat and now I can pack up the sous vide and slide it into a cabinet to be used on a dime (I find myself using the cooker more and more!)

I love this case for my Anova Cutlery. The outside is made of a very durable material and has a two way zipper. It is lightweight but the material is tough to withstand the test of time. I love the inside which is gray and soft to the touch and encompasses a place for the Anova, the cord and the pot holder. Everything fits very well and is put up for my use later. Not bulky but sturdy. I love it and you should always have a container to put this kind of cooking utensil in to keep it from damage and using that awkward box everytime you use the Anova. I so glad I bought this item. Would buy again for a relative that has an Anova.

Well designed well padded

I'm quite impressed with the quality of this case. It's very sturdy with a luxurious felted interior that cradles my beloved Anova, cord, and clamp snugly and safely. It's freed up precious drawer space in my kitchen, now that I can safely tuck my Anova upright in a cabinet without worrying about it getting damaged or falling over. Nice for traveling, too, even if it's just to sous vide some steaks or chicken at a friend's house. Nothing like introducing someone to the ease of cooking delicious food the sous vide way to turn them into believers!

I recently purchased the 900W Anova Wifi+Bluetooth Sous Vide cooker. Once I was finished using it for the first time I wondered where I would put it. The original box is sturdy enough but is kind of bulky. I ordered this case and it fit the bill perfectly. It is molded perfectly for the Anova and is stiff enough where I feel I can just stuff it on a shelf without it getting damaged. The only think I wonder is if the zipper will last. It seems like the zipper is always the first thing to break on any zippered case.

There is no timer control for the case

Great case to protect my Anova circulator, fit is perfect.UPDATE:I’ve now had this case for about a year and a half so thought it was time to report how it is holding up.In a nutshell, it has been ideal! Everything looks as good as the day I received it. The zipper is smooth, the moulded interior is holding up nicely. I use my circulator regularly, probably at least once a week, and it is stored in this case between uses. I really like the fact that I can just pop this in to a cabinet and it keeps the circulator scratch free and neatly stored. The power cord on the Anova is heavy duty and not extremely flexible due to its thickness, so I’m glad I don’t have that power cord loos in the cabinet getting in the way of other items.A friend of mine bought his circulator at the same time I got mine and he opted to use the box it came in to store his. Fast forward to today and his cardboard box has gotten beat up and looks pretty bad.If you like to take care of your tools, I recommend this case. It certainly isn’t needed to use the circulator but I’m confident mine is protected and it’s life has been extended by being store in this.

This is an appliance cover not a work of art, read some of the reviews, seems they expect more then the manufacturer made. Fit is perfect, build is simple but solid, inside is a moulded cardboard that fits the cooler perfect, yes it's big, the Anova is big, there is a slot for the anova, with a slot for the cord, also a place for the clamp, simple and straightforward, the zipper is a double and a heavy duty zipper. The box itself is a mix of cardboard to hold its shape and a heavy synthetic cover, seams like it will hold its shape, it's not reinforced so don't put weight on it, why would you. For the price it's a much better storage system then the box. Would recommend

Fits our sous vide perfect. Even has a clever little nook for the cord so it doesn't get bent.

Excellent design, fit and quality. The case arrived one day earlier than expected and was well packaged and protected. This item will be perfect for everyday storage and travelling with my Anova unit.
