Q: Anyone out there use these for running and / or fishing in hot humid environments? Do they fog up easy?

I love these, but, they seem to “cook” my eyes, in extreme heat/humidity. Mowing my pastures, with 105* heat index, I can wear them for about 30 minutes. If you wear them lower on your nose, for ventilation, they bounce. I am near Shreveport, LA; hot & humid.

Q: What is the quality of the polarization for these sunglasses?

I would say limited. very narrow angle of effectiveness, like cheap sunglasses.

Q: Does the black frame, night vision version really let you see in night vision xD?

Anyone who gives the night vision version a high rating is being rewarded for the positive review. These glasses do absolutely nothing. If anything they make night driving, especially in rain, even worse. I wish I was still in the return window. I’m throwing them in the trash before they actually cause an accident.
