Dear Mowwell , the product is very good , however the bottom lock is missing due to which the weight calibration is not happening . I spoke to amazon and they upfront refunded my money but refuse to pick the product calling it as non returnable . Pls the product is fine with just a small missing part . I request you to please get it collected from my address and then you can do a product QC and sell it as refurbished . I did my best informing amazon to pick it up but futile , hence using this medium . Thank you

I have seen a few comments ( by other users ) that the equipment doesn't stay steady on floor. I did not have such an experience. I think the shake happens because the transit lock is not taken off.

This weighs upto 20 kg. A machine for babies should preferably weigh only 10 kg, or it becomes less sensitive at lower weights.

Accurate. You can very well monitor growth of your baby.

Measurements are not accurate

Machine is not working I m trying to contact to seller and amazon customer care but not connecting I wants to replace the machine which will work properly
