I have been taking this medicine for work stress. It does wonders but it also effects your urinary tract health. Be cautious while taking this medicine. My residual urine has gone up leading to chronic UTI. Please Google bacopa bhrami not advisable to be taken for more than 12 weeks. It can give serious Urinary tract issues

This works.. Relaxes your nerves!
This medicine has definitely helped me get good sleep after a stressful day's work. I take one tab 45 minutes before going to bed and one at around 11 am in the morning. But be careful not to take more than 2 in a span of 24 hours or else you'll feel extremely drowsy. I would recommend this especially for the young adults who are under a lot of stress or feel depressed in their day to day life.
