This was easy and worked to perfection. Others would never turn off my descale warning. This one did.

First time user. The instructions were a bit complicated only because I didn’t remember the name of the Keurig. We will see what happens tomorrow when I brew my first cup after the cleaning.

Worked great. Our Keurig was not working at all. I followed the directions to clean it and it fixed it.

I suppose it works but it takes forever for the taste to leave. Had to waste a lot of water for it to get back to normal.

My coffee maker has come back to working normally after using this.

Instructions are microscopic. I had to use a magnifying glass to read them. I followed the instructions and measured carefully. The descaling solution ran through the machine but the descaling light was still on. I rinsed the measuring cup and filled the machine with water to rinse the solution out but my 7 1/2 month old machine quit working. the last thibng that ran through the machine was the solution. I contacted the company for help but they have yet to respond
