Used to hide speaker wires on baseboard and behind table legs, works great
Forget cable clamps and staples for ugly tangles of wires to speakers, chargers, lamps and lose outlet extenders. This 1/4 inch clear mounting tape disappears behind the wires and holds the wire straight and neat along the bottom of the baseboard or up the corner of a wall. Easily removed if an error occurred or a change in design. Wires and cables can be hidden behind the legs of tables under table tops, around door molding or just straight up the wall for sconces. Will hold broken tiles on the wall but not shelves. Posters are ok but not framed items. Change of mind or decor no problem off it comes with NO residue. can stick to fingers but comes off clean. The red backing is a bit of a hassle at first. I found that leaving a few inches of it on the roll made removing it a chince. Don't cut it to length, lay where you want it, press down firmly on the red backing, pull the backing off at a sharp backward angle and cut the clear adhesive. leave a inch or two of the red backing on the roll for easy start next job. I have tried to mount shower curtain rods, speakers, pictures, and other stuff but they all fell, stick to command strips for the heavy stuff. Wont work with rugs eighter. It will stabilize wall mounted items nicely. Keep several rolls on hand for that odd job. Great stuff.

Very sticky. Easily removable. May have difficulty cleanly peeling it off the roll.
Not surprisingly, the sticky backing of my LED light strips didn’t hold it on the wall for two days. Not wanting to use a channel or clips for this project I decided to try this tape. This stuff is STICKY! After getting the tape on the wall, putting the light strip up was a breeze and it looks like it’s on the wall for good. Despite how well the tape sticks it is easily removable as well which was nice when I started placing it crooked. As long as you haven’t pressed it down tight you have a good chance of pulling it up and repositioning it although you’ll have to be careful not to stretch it as you’re adjusting it. Once it’s been pressed into place you can easily remove it, but you won’t be using that piece of tape again. This tape is clear once the paper backing is removed. Note that this tape is pretty generic. Three rolls of tape with clear sheets of plastic between them and on the outsides. No cardboard backing. No printing of any kind. Just the tape and clear plastic to keep them from sticking to each other and anything else. They stuck to that clear plastic pretty darn good. My issue was that I received some damaged product. I don’t know if my rolls of tape were shipped this way or if they were damaged during shipping since they were packed in an envelope without padding. It was as if something heavy had smashed into the rolls of tape causing them to be misshapen. This made it very difficult to cleanly get the tape off of the roll. As I carefully pulled it off of the roll, the clear sticky tape would stick to the roll and stretch (it’s very stretchy) as the backing came off. The tape remains stretched so there is no putting the paper backing back down to try and cleanly continue. I haven’t described this very well, but know that if your roll of tape is dented, creased or damaged in any way then you will have a heck of a time cleanly peeling it off of the roll. Despite my frustrations, it’s clear this tape is doing the job expected and will firmly hold these LED light strips up. The end result worked out perfect. I just hung up my signed movie posters (on screws) and think I will put this tape behind them to make them more stable to help ensure they are not accidentally knocked off the wall. I just wish the tape were packaged better in order to prevent the damage that made my job so frustrating.

Effective but hard to work with
Strength is good. Only problem is that it’s so sticky that it’s hard to work with. Try to avoid getting your finger print on the glue, which lowers the adhesive strength. It was hard, but I did it by cutting off longer pieces than I needed so I could trim off the end that had my finger print. Also, I had to use tweezers to pull the red backing off the other side before sticking item to wall. It was a tedious process, but it was worth it to find a product that works and comes in such a narrow width. Took one star off because it’s hard to work with. Also, the SIDES of the tape/tape rolls are so sticky that the three rolls of tape in this shipment are all stuck together — badly stuck together. Still useable, but again, hard to work with. Bad packaging because they shipped with all three tape rolls almost hopelessly stuck together.

Extremely sticky beware (in a good way)
Make sure you don't let the edges of the roll touch anything. It will stick to everything. I would recommend taking a small piece and teying it out before you start the project it is intended for. Do not stretch the tape. Just lightly pat it down with your fingernail. Once u get used to it it's pretty cool stuff. It will stick to anything it comes in contact with. Highly recommend if you follow these direction lol

Very sticky
Stuff is like sticky snot! If you’ve ever gotten a credit or debt card in the mail, this material is very similar to the glue they use to stick the card to the letter. It is very hard to get the backing off and the best method is to use tweezers to get it started then leave a piece of the backing always hanging off the end of the roll. It works great sticking smooth, non-porous materials together like glass or metal. Works on paper but would only be as strong as what it takes to pull the paper fibers apart. On fuzzy surfaces like felt, you’ll have to try it but I don’t think it would work very well. An open question for me is how the material ages before it deplasticizes. I also need to see how it does with sunlight and heat since I want to use it to stick something to a window. If I remember in a year or so I’ll post an update.

As advertised, but don't seem to last more than a couple of years. Unused at least.
These are pretty good but they don't last more than a couple of years. Then the whole thing shrivels up and dries up.

Colle très bien et facile a manipuler. Très efficace même pour l'extérieur.

Best quantity to dollar ratio I found. Quality was surprisingly great, no issues or complaints, other than the tape sticking to the packaging, which was a little annoying to remove.

Easy to use and good adhesion.

Love this, will definitely buy more. Thank you!

Adhesion is weak, very difficult to peel off the backing, and very thin, nothing like the photos. Do not buy.
