I just started trying to do my nails a few weeks ago.. I bought tons of gels (madam glam, venalisa etc and they ALL were horrible for long lasting and didn't last more than a day..i tried with both tips and dual forms btw).. I tried this with tips and it's the best thing I ever bought.. It's a must have.. No lifting, breaking or anything.. Although this was my first time ever even touching acrylic in my 30 years of life (I always paid folks to do my nails) .. This was soo easy to use.. It didn't dry immediately so if I had to touch up something even after moving to the next finger I could still go back and try to fix it better.. Only tip I have is to make sure u have everything u need out at once.. Because if your brush sits for a few minutes unused without putting it back in the monomer, it's hard to get the acrylic off your brush once it dries.. (it took a few hairs off my kolinsky alpha brush before I realized I needed to soak my brush in acetone to remove it lol )... I'm honestly mad at myself for not buying this before I bought all those gels that are now just sitting in my drawers - _- .. I will be buying ALL colors that Mia Secret carries.. It's amazing!

Solid performer. No major issues. Works smoothly. Would be perfect if instructions were more clear. From my perspective.

I Will Always Love Mia Secrets It's So Good I Love The QUALITY AND PRICE! Mia Secrets Is Great For Beginners the product doesn't set too quickly and it does not take forever to dry, it's moderate. One thing that is a little wishy-washy is that the colors are pretty much the same with a little difference. That doesn't bother me at all Though. I love Mia Secret products I don't care that they are practically all the same, if you want a design that coordinates well with itself this product is gor you. Its easy to work with and awesome for people that don't have all the money in the world, I will continue to purchase mia secrets and it will be one of my favorite monomers and polymers for the rest of my life! I just think it's that good! I have not had a lot of experience with other powders that were an actual brand name but this is way better than Kiss and it's just awesome to work with it doesn't give you problems or stick to your brush. It's worth it for beginners and people who know what they are doing is just perfect for everyone , so go ahead and get you some because it's cheap it's worth it. P.S. I'm 2 Years Into Doing Nails I.e. I'm Not Perfect

My first experience with Mia Secret's liquid monomer and acrylic powder was with their sampler kit. As a first time user of either product, I found it veritably easy to use, and shape. While the instructions may be comprehensive enough for a learned manicurist; they were not complete enough for a novice (which they do stipulate that the kit was designed for PROFESSIONALS which I most certainly am not). If you've ever had your nails done, and watched how they shaped the acrylic on your nail plate then it should be fairly easy for you to mimic what was done from memory. Note that I said "should be." I must say that the pros make it look much easier than it actually is. While my understanding of doing my own acrylic manicure may be less than fulsome, I must say that Mia Secret's formula is quite forgiving, and STRONG. My last professional manicure had the acrylic so thick on my nails that I couldn't pick anything up, or even peel a label off a magazine without using straight edge razor. That manicure cost me $50, and doing my own cost me perhaps a tench of that price. So, I went ahead and ordered the larger bottle and jar of Liquid Monomer and Acrylic Powder by Mia Secret! I'm VERY happy with this product, and will continue to improve my manicure skills with regular practice; while continuing to purchase Mia Secret products in the future.
