Installed 3 years ago & holds a heavy 115 LBS Glass Slider in place, has not loosened up. Good Quality an does it's job.

Works great. Easy to install. Love that you can adjust the gap. Because we had to put an additional piece of wood at the top to drill into the beams for the barn door. So great idea having the adjustable wheels. Only downfall, need to put some white felt on the roller, to keep it quiet and keep it from scraping off the white paint. Other than that. Love it

Used this on the floor to guide the bottom of a barn door. Easy to install. Metal is thick. Rollers are hard molded plastic. Screws into wall and floor. Keeps door inline.

It was the perfect item. I didn’t want to drill holes into my new floor but needed a guide for the new barn door so it would stay on track and not swing. This fit the bill perfectly. We could even use the two smaller wheels so it don’t seem so large.

Without this the door would swing out - now that it’s installed the door stays inline and makes it super easy to close

Excellent product. Very sturdy with lots of configuration options. Using a double hex nut as suggested was a bit too thick for the bolt to grab onto. Replaced one nut with a washer and it was perfect!!!

If you buy these know that they are not for “Barn Doors” these are for the city loft apartment sliding doors I have a real barn and they are no way near strong enough for them Ask me how I know I bought them because they were stainless and looked decent in the pictures

Excellent....! A spare skinny nut or a licking nut would make it even better. Over tighten and the wheel won't spin, too loose and the nut falls off. I added a locking nut and never had any call backs...
