When my parents were my age, I learned through them, that as we grow older, our stomachs don't produce as many digestive enzymes as they need to, to be able to digest our food properly. I use this product when on the go. I use the loose powder when at home and for on my pet’s food. It has absolutely no flavor. One of my dogs and my cat both have digestive issues. It works fantastic. It helps if I get acid reflux or have eaten too much (oops my bad lol) and need a little boost in the digestion dept. It can also be taken on an empty stomach to help with metabolic functions. The loose powder is more economical. But capsules great when away from home. This and activated charcoal are always in my cupboard.

I love these enzymes! I’ve been using them for over 20 years. If I eat a little bit too much or have something a little too greasy or anything a little too heavy I take my two enzymes and in 20 minutes I can feel huge difference! I would highly recommend using this brand. If you live in a hot climate like I do, make sure you order them before it gets too hot because The intense seat will affect them. Order an extra bottle in the spring to get you through the summer!

These helped me digest my foods. Have a rare condition where I can’t digest shellfish well , and it gives me bad gas and I smell like fish for a couple of days after . When I take these I’m able to eat seafood and it digest without all the side effects
