Purchased to repair my washer, easy to install and half the cost of manufacturers brand

This is a horrible excuse for an OEM replacement! The shaft was rusted when I opened the box, the grease was basically water, the stem threads were not true so the rotor scrubs now. These parts are garbage! I've already ordered true whirlpool parts to replace them. So now I've not only lost any profit I might have made on this job plus I get to do the whole job over again in 3 days. I will never purchase anything from this company again!

The splines for the wash plate were undercut, Causing a loud slap in noise as the washer with change directions

Everything works well, given installation was by improvised bearing press, but there was corrosion on the pressed on flange on the shaft. In retrospect if the shaft, washers and nut are in good shape it may be all you really need is the bearing and seal kits.

Don't be fooled by the banners "Guaranteed quality" and "Warranty". I had a problem with a part and tried multiple times to contact Primco, and they never responded. In addition, the adhesive and grease they sent were in generic bottles and the adhesive was so congealed is was unusable. The grease was so thin that is was not useful for the intended application. I had no choice but to return the products.

The parts were top quality, and fit just fine! Thanks, Amazon for good products!

Too bad you can't give this no stars or negative Stars. This is absolute junk. Installed in February already roaring and failed. They just need to stop selling this non-oem junk on Amazon. So here we go again going to try again of course with a better quality than this junk claims it was. Been doing this for a long time and even aftermarket refurb stuff is better than this. Do not buy this!
