I go through these like popcorn
Due to a heart condition, I became a Vegan last year. I am on a special eating program where I can eat all the natural, whole foods I want as long as I don't combine them with processed foods or added salt, oil or sugar (since these things stimulate cravings). As result, the only "processed" foods I purchase are rice cakes and these bouillon cubes. The salt in them comes naturally from the vegetables so by definition they are in my program. I use 2-3 of them a day and they add flavor and the right amount of sodium to my food.Since going on ta Vegan eating program, I have lost 70 pounds, am no longer diabetic, and my blood pressure is naturally under control. The inflammation in my arteries has dropped to a normal level. I do enjoy eating and, although eating out is a problem on this program, my health and life are greatly improved by being Vegan. I no longer participate in the cruelty of commercial animal farming too which I have to admit makes me feel better about myself along with the positive environmental impact of a Vegan lifestyle. If you are thinking about becoming a Vegan, it is worth the transition and these bouillon cubes should become a staple in your pantry.

Essential Kitchen staple; buy a case
We use these cubes mostly for cooking and never buy bulky cans or boxes anymore. These are intensely flavorful--like the Oxo of my childhood, only vegan and organic. Anytime you are going to eat a lot of anything concentrated, it has to be organic to avoid concentrations of toxins. For cost, flavor and quality we have gone through multiple brands and at this point we just buy cases of this to ensure a supply.

These are absolutely flavorless when added to anything else.
If you drink a cube alone as a broth, the taste is almost fair, but just almost. It's like drinking a dully flavored water than a savory broth, which is what bouillon is meant to taste like. If you add these to any other food, they become utterly flavorless, even in soups. You can't taste them at all and they add nothing to any dish. I'm very disappointed I wasted thirty dollars.

Veggie Bouillon For The Win
The best vedge bouillon, with actual vegetables in it that you can taste. Use it for soup and gravy, rice, and stew.

Very delicious
Although it says a serving is half a cube you need to use a whole cube or the flavor will be weak. The first time I bought this the ingredient list said nutritional yeast but this time it just said yeast so based on that it's unlikely I will buy again because they may be trying to slip in msg while calling it yeast, which is a common practice in the food industry.

I love this as a base for vegetable gravy
I don't care too much for this as a soup-whether as an additive or by itself. However, I love this as a base for vegetable gravy. When I use this in my roux, I need only a smidge of butter-I think it's tastier. Not bad as a marinade base for chicken or tofu. Love tofu, but how bland can you get-this is great to add tofu soup, especially if you like a hot and spicy variety!

Delicious high quality bullion!!
I absolutely love this product & can't find it locally. Amazon to the rescue! This bullion is superior to any others as it is full of tiny pieces of actual veggies which really enhances the flavor & texture. Makes a great low calorie snack that warms you up too.

The perfect organic vegetable boullion!
I use this product each time I make my vegan bean soup. I have tried other brands and have found this to have the most robust flavor, and flavor is what it is all about. Since I cannot depend on the grocery stores to keep it in stock, I buy it by the box of 12 here on Amazon so it is always available. My spices for the soup also include frozen diced onions, garlic powder, ground red pepper, and Italian seasoning. I also use chopped leafy greens and mushrooms. I use dark red kidney beans, pinto beans, and Great Northern beans. Finally I add the 3 cubes of this great bullion. Try the combo in your own soups. I bet you will like it. Highly Recommended!!!
