Great meter at a great price. Just wish it were back lit.

Easy to use.

This is a nice lightweight little meter. Its about the same size as your standard meter but maybe a little thinner. The display is easy to read, even with my mildly bad eyesight. I tested it a couple times within a minute and got results of a 7 to 8 point differnce. I think that's pretty normal though. I haven't tested it against any other meters yet. The lancing device is kind of junk, in my opinion. The cap comes off nearly every time you remove it from its sleeve and its very inconsistent. I've had to use it 3 times in a row and not even felt the needle the first 2 times. I tossed it and just use one from one of my previous meters. My main reason for buying this meter is that the test strips are the least expensive I have found yet, both at the pharmacy and here on Amazon. Leaving off one star for the crappy lancing device and no backlight.

A very good meter and easy to use. Never have to use codes for test stripes. The Vital is bullet proof!

I had bought this item for someone and there wasn’t any other thing in the kit and it says kit I’ll will have to purchase everything that is supposedly to be in the kit Am very disappointed

The ease of calibration and use of this glucometer make it a great purchase. The display can be ready in the lowest of light.
