Haven't had to use it, but I wasn't impressed by it, when tried played around with it.

Dont waste your money. This thing did not work for me at all! It just made a huge mess. I've tried for three days to get this toilet unstuck. All this thing does is blow open the flapper inside the tank and let more water in. I tried holding the flap down and then it blows nasty bowl water all over the place. Tried draining the tank, shutting off water, waiting for water to seep back down in the bowl. Nothing. It does nothing. Well, that's not entirely accurate, it does blow urine, feces, and paper all over itself and create an even larger mess to clean up. They advertise "no mess" but they should say shit everywhere!

Works half the time.
It only works 50% of the time. The other half the time it doesn't seal fully so it doesn't work. When it does work, it works perfectly.

Make sure you fully understand what you are getting when you order this product.
Does not apply as much force as it proclaims because it does not open as wide as you might think it does. Aside from that maybe if it actually attached to the tiolet rim itself or the seat in order to keep itself in place it might be a better product. Honestly dissapionted with it.

2 plunges cleared the worst clog I ever had.
Just got it, our toilets have odd shaped holes so plunging is basically impossible with a normal pluger.One toilet has been clogged shut for months with our landlord "fixing" it repeatedly but never fixing it.2 plunges with this and i heard whatever it was stuck in there dislodge and now the toilet works like it never had a problem.

Takes some practice, but this works!
Takes a little getting used to, but it works excellent. I think all the naysayers just couldn't figure it out. I was almost ready to give up on it the first time I used it. Then realized I wasn't doing it right.Can sometimes take a couple tries to get a snug enough fit to push the clog through, but usually works great.Low flow toilets suck!

Great idea can not get it to fit round bowel or elongated
will not work with kohler elongated bowl or American standard round bowl. Hinge gets in the way. we have soft close lids on both.
