Good for smaller to medium
I bought this as a sleep bra and for lounging (not nursing). Going by other comment I thought an XXL would be sufficient for my 38HH bust, but it only just about works for bed. I plan to see the v together as one b**b is left unsupported. Also, the armholes are much to big and offer no support at the side and the band is too big allowing the bottom of my b**bs to slip out underneath. My fault really for being too hopefull that I’d found something for my ridiculous chest, but would be ideal for smaller ladies.

Great maternity bra
They really are made to be comfy while you sleep. I haven't nursed yet but I think it will be easy to just pull down the cup as the fabric is soft and stretchy but they fit snugly enough that I'm sure they'll hold nursing pads or milk savers in place.
