I am impressed with the quick delivery, and the quality of the product, thank you Amazon ! I LOVE IT !!! I'm so glad Ihat 've bought it. The product kneads my neck muscles very well. It feels like a physiotherapist digging into your neck muscles to loosen the neck spasms/knots that were painful for about 2 weeks. The product is good, you can use it in the car's cigatrette lighter as well when on the road. I know how to do neck manipulation myself to alugn my spine, I've tried many times but unsuccessful. This product loosened my neck muscles and with the 2nd massage... voila❤️ When I manipulated my neck alignment I heard the 'popping' sound with no struggle at all. I've walked with neck pain for 2 weeks and tonight I can sleep without pain. My muscles is a bit tender where I had the spasms but my pain is relieved! I think I will be OK tomorrow. This is a God given gift for myself. The quality of the product is good. I put this neck massager on a pillow when lying on my bed and I have to shift my neck into the right position that I can feel it targets the right place where I had the problem. Of course it hurts.. just as the physiotherapists hurts when they dig with their elbow in the muscle 'knots' to relax the muscle and spasms. I am very happy with the product ! And I recommend this product to everyone I know. I wish I've bought it a long time ago! .I did read a lot of reviews of the cheaper ones.. and when I saw the quality was not good and the materials ripped quickly... I knew this is what I'm looking for. If you just wants to be 'pampered' go for the vibrating pillows. But if you have neck spasms, this is the thing you're looking for. It's like like gym. Your muscles is going to be sensitive for the 1st few times after a few 'work out's' that's normal until you get used to it. It has automatic cycles where the bigger rolling balls massage downwards and the the smaller kneading balls goes upwards for variation. I put this sweetheart ontop of another pillow that the pillos is slightly in a 45 degree angle and my head slightly bend forward. Feel with your hands where the kneading balls works and positioned your self in the right position that the massage knobs massage the right place for relief I'm really impressed with this product!

Given what I've seen for reviews, I felt it would be good to write something more detailed to give people a better idea of how this product works along with usage tips. This is going to be a bit lengthy but want to be sure I get more information out there. I feel this may be why there is such variance in reviews, i.e. some think it's amazing and some think it's awful. There are points that people DO NOT mention or clarify in their reviews that are very relevant to product experience, which I will denote: 1. Body type: massage machines may or may not work for you depending on your build. I'm 5'6" and rather fluffy. If you are on the extremes of slim or large frame, this may not work well for you, because of where the massage balls are as they may have a hard time hitting spots you need. For my build, it works decently. 2. Durability: will see if I have to eat my words, but when people complained "this broke so fast" they did not mention how many times and for what duration they were using the product. The manual specifically says 20 minute sessions (it will auto power down) and that you should rest 30 minutes between uses. Not just your body, but the machine probably needs time to cool down and rest too. This is a mechanical product, so if people are doing back-to-back marathon sessions without regard for this, you're probably going to break your product prematurely. 3. Experience/Ease of Use: I have had a number of professional massages actually. I did not go into this expecting the machine is going to be as good as a professional......maybe those multi-thousand dollar chairs do, but this is not that. The balls are in a fixed position and do have limited motion, as they only rotate clockwise/counterclockwise; they do not go up/down in a vertical plane. Therefore, in order to get the best out of it, you are not really going to be able to just lie there and not do anything, which was a complaint I noted. You're going to have to get a little interactive with the product. It doesn't advertise it, but glutes are doable too lying down (good to help with low back issues). I've been trying, but it does foot poorly: I'll try to plant my feet, but the balls just keep moving them. I can't keep them stable while getting the balls to massage where I need (size 8 women's foot). Neck does seem to be a little tricky, you have to get the right height and then bend/rotate neck, but it's doable. 4. Heat: my unit seems to heat up nicely; it get to a kind of comforting toastiness. It is not going to be a dragon breathing fire down your back, but it gets more than warm enough to penetrate the muscles and help prepare them for massage. UPDATE 4/6/24: This unit is still working well! For a brief period, it seemed like the light/heat wasn't working on one side but seemed to fix itself. I haven't been using this as much as I used to but remains helpful when I do. I actually now tend to use the product lying down to unkink my back before bed; as I stated, you're still going to have to move the product around but works fine sitting or lying down. Given the value/price--and continued durability--could probably upgrade this to a 4.5 star

I bought this 2.5 years ago- use constantly and is still going strong. Good pressure, heat is pleasant but not too hot. Only note that I always make sure I’m wearing a shirt bc the cloth would irritate my skin (bc I use it way longer than the 15min timer). One speed but switches directions.

I really like this Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager with Heat. It’s very convenient and easy to use on different parts of the body. You don’t have to hold it in place — you simply rest the body part you want to massage on it, and it does the work for you. This makes it especially comfortable and hands-free. I've had this for a few weeks nw and it's wonderful. I'm not sure why I thought it would be battery operated but it's not, which is fine but you always need to have the power cord plugged in. Works great!
