It's good prebiotic. Quality is quite good. I like the sour taste.

Delicious
Go for it! The real deal! Good for your gut flora and just tastes great! Sauerkraut is a very western taste… so don’t expect anything you’re used to here in India but it is tangy and different and delicious!

Healthy and tasty
I was sceptical after reading nagative reviews but I decided to give it a go. I received the product in good condition and I stored in fridge after opening. It's tasty as well. I'm accustomed to reading different foods, maybe that's why I didn't find it very difficult.

Very sour, like lemon acid is added
It is tooo sour, unnaturally. Impossible to eat, teeth are paining after even a single bite. Never happened like it when the sournes is naturally obtained during the fermentation process.
