Swanson Pygeum - Herbal Supplement Promoting Male Prostate Health, Bladder, and Urinary Tract Health Support - Mens Health Supplement - (100 Capsules, 125mg Each)

I have been taking the Solaray brand pygeum 200mg (2 x 50mg twice daily) for about a year and a half and had good results. However, the prices of that brand have gone up considerably, so I decided to try the Swanson brand instead.I don’t know if it’s the increased daily dose of 500mg (2 x 125mg twice daily) or the quality of the supplement itself, but after a week I’m noticing a significant difference. Good regular flow, drippy throughout the day, and more frequent blood flow.I haven’t noticed any side effects yet and the capsules are easy to take. Recommended!
