Kirkland Signature hgar Fish Oil Concentrate 2 Pack, 400 Count (Pack of 2)

I would normally buy these at Costco but the price was great and the shipping was fast from Amazon and I saved myself an extra trip. Who knows if they help or not? I don't. They appear, based on label, to be potent enough and essential fats and oils are part of a healthy diet. I started taking them after being diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2014. They cannot hurt you unless you are allergic to fish. A lot of evidence suggests that essential fats are an important part of brain health especially with PD. I'm 10 years post diagnosis and not medicated...so they are still part of my daily regimen.

This product has consistently been good and well tolerated. My physician is pleased with labs, too.

There were 2 containers of 400 soft gels in each. I take 3 a day so I needed quantity! Great price for these items. No fishy taste, a bit on the large size so I’m careful when I swallow them. I store them in the fridge after opening the bottle. Definitely recommend them for the value!

Best for the money

Good quality fish oil last a while with the size bottles has a mild after taste ...

I take one every day. But 5yrs ago I decided to save some money and quit taking these. After a few days I started felling lazy and lethargic but couldn't understand why. And for a couple of weeks I didn't put it together that I stopped taking the fish oil and the lack of energy. Then one day I was in my cupboard and saw the bottle, and said "wait a minute"! So I started my daily pill again and everything was back to normal. Most vitamins and supplements, you never really know if there is a benefit. For me: taking these is 100% beneficial and definitely noticed when I'm not taking them.
