I’ve been using the VIKING hose nozzle for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed with the build quality. It feels heavy-duty and well-made, with a solid metal body that gives confidence it will last through regular use. The adjustable spray settings are smooth and cover everything from a light mist for delicate plants to a strong jet for cleaning the driveway or washing the car. The handle is comfortable and doesn’t slip, even when wet. I also appreciate the ease of switching spray patterns—no stiffness or leaks. I picked up this VIKING hose nozzle to upgrade from the cheap plastic ones that always crack. The body feels sturdy in the hand and has some weight to it, which helps keep the spray steady. The adjustment ring moves smoothly through the different patterns, from a gentle shower for plants to a more focused stream for washing the car or driveway. Water flow is consistent, no weird pulsing, and the trigger is comfortable enough to use for longer sessions without making your hand cramp. I also like that the shutoff is clean when you release the handle. I have not had issues with dripping once it is fully closed. One minor note, the metal can get warm if you leave it in direct sun for a while, but that is easy to avoid by hanging it in the shade. Overall, very solid nozzle that feels like it will outlast the typical plastic options.

It's a generic hose nozzle that functions accordingly, feels well built other than for the handle, I feel will be the first to break. It didn't leak when first attached it and also came with an extra rubber washer. Overall, it functions and hopefully last long enough for me to feel it was worth its cost.

I would look around for better spray nozzles, we bought this Viking nozzle and have had it for 6 weeks, and we went to use the spray nozzle and it blew apart and the spray nozzle is no good, can not be used because it separated at the bottom of the handle where it threads onto the hose which makes it useless, I reached out to the seller, and wrote another review about the spray nozzle coming apart and making it useless to use and never got a response. I would never buy this brand knowing it can break under pressure, I really thought someone would at least offer us a new spray nozzles but they have not, that tells me this nozzle has problems with staying together under pressure.

I got this particular nozzle for jet cleaning out patio channel drain. It preformed the job perfectly. Saved me time from having to get out the power washer. It isn't super high quality just plastic and some metal like most bargains nozzles. I don't plan to use as my day to day sprayer so I can't comment on longevity just that it does give more jet pressure than your regular nozzle types and is small for tight spaces. Could see it useful for hard to reach places on cars, gutters etc. But watering plants or yard I'd pick something else.

I have a couple of these and they're well made and the water flow is adjustable with the trigger, but turning the end doesn't alter the spray pattern much. It basically just shoots in a stream without the option for spray. Fine for washing the car, but too strong for watering plants

After having bought multiple plastic hose nozzles over the years I determined that it didn't matter what you paid they all failed within a year. I own an expensive all-metal hose nozzle that has, so far, lasted 3 years and is still going. The Viking Heavy Duty Thumb Control Spray Nozzle is an extremely good value. It is cheaper than most of the plastic hose nozzles and basically does the same thing. It has a ring close to the copper colored end that you turn clockwise and counterclockwise to alter the shape of the spray. Clockwise makes the spray of water thinner and harder and therefore shoot further. Turn the ring counter-clockwise and the water comes out in a finer spray with a wide diameter. You can fine tune this easily as you water. So far mine has lasted one watering season and there have been no problems with it. I will definitely buy more of these.

I seem to always be purchasing spray nozzles for my hoses for some reason. This one caught my eye as an add on so I bought two. Note that thew way they are made, squeezing he trigger back will not control the spray pattern like most do - only the volume of water.. sort of. The pattern is set by the adjustment fitting on the nozzle tip. After using one of these for about 20 minutes, it will no longer seal when the grip is released. It has a little spray that cannot be shut off - no positive shut off. So - obviously not impressed with that. Maybe the second one will work. One for the price of two. Hmmm...

This is the second time I have purchased this product. I only had to replace it, because the previous one was lost. Hardly a fault of the product LOL However, the last time I purchased this, it was several dollars less. But it stands up to use everyday at the job site. Don't hesitate to buy this.

I about it about an year ago I have been using it almost 3years now. The best one I have used so far.

Excellent sprayer and a reasonable price. Works great for my plants and my deck. Very happy.
