Yes, crepes have always been a struggle for me to make until I used this griddle. Now its easier and quicker.

Q: how many minutes does it take to make one crepe?

Not long. Less than 3 minutes. It is hot before you put the batter on, by the time you are done spreading the batter, it is almost ready to flip. as soon as it's flipped, you can top it - or let it finish cooking and put it on a plate to the side. It took less than 15 minutes to make crepes from 2 batches of batter, and none of my students felt like they were "waiting forever." I used my blender to make the batter so that was quick as well.
