The item itself came and is somewhat as advertised. It really does have two large alligator clips (as well as the two regular sized ones), which is its main selling point. The large clips are pretty much the only reason to buy this. I got the base, the feet, the goosenecks, and the clips. The clips are just a friction fit to the goosenecks, so I don't think they will take much wear before they will be too loose. There is no real provision for keeping them attached. The goosenecks themselves seem to be of good length and appropriately stiff. The base has some weight, but its aluminum, so only just so heavy. The two large alligator clips will not stick to a magnet, the small ones will. Not definitive either way, but I am not confident that either one of them are stainless as advertised. As for the description: There was no wrench. You cannot really tighten the goosenecks in place without one of those cheap, flat, pressed out wrenches. I had one from my 3D printer that happened to fit, so I lucked out there. There was no screwdriver, the base is not magnetic, there is no fan (!?), no magnifying glass, so no associated light. Of the 8 short pieces of heat shrink, 4 would fit on the small alligator clips, so I guess they could be for padding. The 4 large pieces are far too big (and short) to work similarly on the large clips. I have no idea what purpose they serve. I realize the "package includes" list at the bottom of the listing does not match the items in the top description and is somewhat more accurate. The missing wrench however is in both places, and is rather critical to proper assembly. If you need the large alligator clips, this might be just the ticket, but otherwise, there are plenty of competitive units that I expect will be more serviceable and offer a better value.
