Very nice. I have super dry reactive skin and it seems to work fine.

When I use it on my face at night in the shower, my face looks less old and tired looking in the AM. Kind of like it plumps the skin some. I was worried in the beginning that it would make me break out, but it doesn't, and i have been using about 10 months. A little , about a nickel size is more than enough.

Scentless, light, and smooth Jojoba Oil, this 'oil' is actually a liquid wax ester that has served as a replacement for whale oil in cosmetics because of it's very close similarity to sebum (your own natural body oil). It can be used on skin or hair, and is a very powerful and ideal moisturizer that can be combined with as little as 2 or 1 drops to your soap and moisturizers. Love this. I mixed it with some frank, lavender and tea tree - its working on my face great. I was using a "high end" cleanser, toner and moisturizer combo and it just made me break out. This is very gentle. I usually wipe my face with a tissue after to get the extra oil off. I also use it as a carrier for other essential oils. Use as a nighttime moisturizer. I have acne-prone skin, and I've never had problems with breakouts while using Jojoba Oil . When I do get the occasional blemish, I also mix this with 100% tea tree oil for a natural acne treatment. This is really good quality jojoba oil!! Jojoba is super good for your skin, hair, literally everything, and this brand seems to have consistent quality. I've ordered from them for a few years and never gotten an off smelling bottle or suspiciously low quality oil. This is my go-to oil now. I first started using jojoba oil because I was getting terrible dandruff, and I had never had dandruff before. The *only* thing that worked long term (not even dandruff shampoo worked past the initial few weeks) was applying jojoba oil to my scalp every night and letting it soak in for about an hour. Due to how often I was dying my hair, my scalp was getting really dried out and irritated, and this soothed and moisturized it, but when I took a shower and washed my hair it washed out cleanly and my head didn't feel heavy or oily the next day. I also use this as a moisturizer for my face. I add a bit of tea tree oil to the bottle, and then moisturize at night. It's seriously reduced the amount of cystic acne I get; I used to have at least 1 painful bump on my face at a time and since I started doing this I get one approximately once every 4 months and it is much less painful and goes away much quicker. I have never had any acne medication or other skin treatment make such a radical different in my skin!!!

I absolutely love this! I bought it mainly because I'm trying to grow out several inches of horribly damaged hair. My hair is naturally curly, and years of harsh shampoos, styling products, and heat drying have damaged my hair to the point where I can't just wash it and let it dry without something in it. It looks and feels like brittle straw. So I did some research and saw that others recommended jojoba oil. I really like the Dessert Essence vanilla chai lotion, so thought I'd try their jojoba oil. After I wash my hair, while it's still wet, I put just about a quarter size amount of oil in my hand, rub my hands together, then pull the oil through my hair, then comb it to distribute it. Then I scrunch it with a towel to get the curl back and to absorb any excess oil, and just let it be. No styling products and no heat drying. My hair air dries with no frizzies. It's not too heavy so the curls look great. It looks shiny and healthy, and the smell seems to turn to kind of a sweet smell as it's drying. I also tried it on my face right after washing it at night, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin looks so healthy! It's also very important to me to only use natural, plant-based, pure products now. This oil is considered vegan. It is nothing but pure jojoba oil, and there is no animal testing.

A little background on my skin type. I’m 36 years old and have combination skin that is extremely sensitive and very acne prone (mix of hormonal acne and other sorts). My finicky skin causes me a lot of heartache and has resulted in many tears. For years I have been avoiding any type of moisturizers out of fear i’d break out. Instead, i was using face products geared towards “acne” and clear skin which in turn made my sensitive skin even worse. After much research I finally pulled the trigger and decided to try out the oil cleansing method (sans coconut oil because that stuff is HIGH on the comedogenic scale at a 5). Instead, i tried jojoba which is only 2 on comedogenic scale (so not completely pore clogging free) but it has a composition closest to that of human sebum so it works. My thoughts. I have found a new holy grail! This stuff has completely helped my red and irritated skin to calm down. I will sometimes mix this with Argan or hemp oil (both 0 on comedogenic scale meaning it will not clog pores) and oil cleanse with that. After oil cleansing i will wash my face with an oil free cleanser of some sort (or miceller water) and then finish off with a little more oil which I pat into my skin and leave on overnight. I will rotate between jojoba and Argan or hemp depending on how dry my skin feels due to weather. Instead of waking up with an oily face, i wake up with a glowing non oily complexion. It’s amazing. Tip. There is no such thing as “skin purging” so if you try this and it is causing additional breakouts then it is not the right oil for your skin type. If that happens, try Argan or hemp to see how one of those works. Everyone has a different skin composition so it’s possible that although this works for me, it may not work for you. If it doesn’t work on your face though, use it on your cuticles and body because it will surely leave you with soft healthy skin!!

Es muy bueno para el cuero cabelludo, para reactivar la circulación, y para el crecimiento del pelo, entre otras cosas. Me pongo algunas gotas en el cuero cabelludo, froto y lo dejo como una hora o así, y a continuación me lavo el pelo normalmente. Llevo muy poco tiempo usándolo, pero de momento no me engrasa nada el pelo (y yo lo tengo graso de por sí). En la cara es muy bueno, dos gotas son más que suficientes. I've bought this product because I wanted to do something good for my skin and switch from a nourishing facial creme to an oil. As I am currently growing a beard, I've realized that some drops of Jojoba also are a great softener and supporer for my facial hair. I only need five to seven drops to which I add alternatively two drops of essential oil (e.g. tea tree oil, geranium). On the (negligible) downside: I do not like the bottle's spout, as one has to be very careful when pouring only a few drops. An empty glass bottle which I had stored and which has the spout I more desire does the trick. So, I am very satisfied with the oil itself and as said would recommend it also for men with beard and/or moustache.

I bought this as I read that the composition of jojoba oil is similar to the oil your skin naturally produces. I apply this on my face everyday am and pm and it works wonders! You don't need too much just massage it in an upwards motion on your face. This oil doesn't look shiny or sit on your face, it almost dries dry. It's also great as a makeup base! I also use it on the ends of my hair when it's damp and before blow drying. My hair looks a lot shiner, healthier and doesn't weigh it down like other oils! A must if you have thin hair. My skin feels moisturised and soft through the whole day and my hair no longer looks dry at the ends. The product is high quality and you can tell as soon as you apply it. The bottle is a bit annoying as a lot can pour out. Other than that I fully recommend this product!

Second time buying it. High quality, very nice natural feel, absorbs nicely. Lasts for a long time. A pea size amount after shower hands face beard and hair. Todd
