After one year:* Works well. By supporting the wheels on both sides, the wheels are not prone to falling off a cantilevered post. A post would work but far too expensive to do it right.* There is a bottom skid between the wheels. Although for adults, this is not needed but for kids it is essential. Kids will not square up on the curb before going over like adults.* It is free standing - a plus.* There are pockets for the straps that is great. Previously purchased backpacks required DuckTape Engineering to make it work. It is a great feature but - RECOMMENDATION: The clip detaching the strap for storage is plastic. I would pay $5 more for metal hardware that would last longer.* It is large enough to fit just about everything my daughter needs for school, keeping her hands free - for hugs of course.* We will try to give an update the next year for a 2 year review.

The backpack is a good quality rolling bookbag. Unfortunately I did not read the directions and did not realize that the straps had to be tucked away when not in use. As a result the straps quickly broke. I encourage everyone to look the written materials when the bag arrives and ensure you tuck away the straps. However, I was able to get in touch with the company and they quickly replaced the straps by mailing them. The bag is very cute and my daughter is able to use it very easily. This backpack was a necessity when my kids started virtual learning for school, outside the home. The amount of things that they are required to take back and forth is insane and their backpacks to carry on their backs was NOT cutting it. I was specifically looking for a rolling backpack that had a place for a laptop, so that it could be secured, and there would still be room for all the other things they need in a given day. This backpack has NOT disappointed! It’s been GREAT! I bought two of them, one for each kiddo, and my 6 year old LOVES it because she can roll it without having to pick it up. There was much struggle with carrying the previous backpack. I highly recommend. Its sturdy, has lots of space to store ALL sorts of things, and it’s pretty.

Handle can be adjusted to height even tall kids. Nice compartments in the bag and seems pretty sturdy. The bottom part is solid and the cover for the wheels is a nice plus.

My daughters last Tilami lasted a few years with heavy use. She loved it so much that I had to replace it with another one. Only thing that wore out were the wheels because she rolls this thing everywhere so it was time to replace.
