Easily break
These seemed like that would be great to attach to plexiglass in aluminum frames to make a low fence around the pool to prevent debris from crossing the deck and falling into the pool unfortunately the thin plastic tears along the bend super ineffective.

Small but Mighty
I have 65 year old Sears tap & die set that is in the original soft plastic tool case. After 65 years of use the old plastic hinge deteriorated and broke. I put 2 of these hinges on with double sided tape and they work as good as new. The small size fit the case perfectly but you can also trim them if needed.
