Great at stopping leaking seams
This is not a cheap product but does a great job! You get what you pay for and this in the long run will saves the price of the paint and problems. Easy to apply and it bonds well to the aluminum and seals the seams that I had leaking.

Much better than Henrys
High quality product. Works much better than the "standard" products carried by Home Depot or Lowes. Really seals the cracks in a flat roof. Stays flexible and doesn't crack unlike the Henry products. I have coated my roof several times in the last 2 years with Henry 687/587/289/208R and I still have leaks. Gaco roof solved the issues that developed while I was using Henry 687/587/289/208R. After it rains the water "beads up" in the ponding areas coated with Gaco roof. Plan ahead to use the entire container in one day. Once opened it begins to cure.

Great product
Best you can get I coated my camper 2 years ago and it still looks good so I got another gallon for a different roof highly recommend

Very happy with this product, Sealed my entire roof
My roof has a rubber sheet roof, It has leak for 2 years since it was replaced. I used this to seal the edges of the sheet, and it has worked very very well, I have not had a drop of water inside since putting this down. Completely sealed the roof and solved my issue. Very happy, well worth the cost.

Great Product!
I had high expectations for this roof coat. It has been recommended to over several years by different pro roofers. The cost and efforts kept me from trying it. All the other fixes that just did not work over the years ended up costing me more than the Gaco. Wish I would have tried it sooner, it just palin works... does what they say it does. I am a very pleased customer!

Very disappointed
I was under the impression that I was getting a 5 gallon jug like the picture I was looking at not a gallon jug. Very disappointed with the advertisement that showed a 5 gallon jug. I could have saved a lot of money buying a gallon at a local store.

Got to fix a leaky fiberglass roof. scrubbed it clean. Not very runny. Put two coats. So far no leaks on light rain. Hope it holds as the roof has ponding water
