Love these pans! They’re gorgeous and super easy to clean. I bought a gotham pan set on Amazon 2 years ago and have been using them almost every day. I love the quality if the pan, how fast it heats up and that you don’t need to season the pan. The cleaning is super easy, we just throw them in the dishwasher 45 minutes later, they come out perfectly clean. What I learnt after a few uses that they don’t show you this in the commercials is that you need to use them on a low to medium heat flame for them to really be nonstick, otherwise stuff will stick. My husband and I moved into a new place in January and were buying new items for our kitchen. We looked for another cookware set from gotham steel and found these hammered copper sets. After deliberating between this and the original lower priced ones, I finally decided to buy these more expensive copper pans. I’M SO GLAD I DID. No oils or butter needed. No need to season them. Clean up is almost too easy. I have a gas stove, no problem heating up just like the originals. And they look really nice. I can leave them on my stovetop without worrying about the clutter. I’m going to give out a few of these for gifts come Christmas time

I have never cared much about pots and pans but these, I'm in love. I have tested them all without butter oil sprays or anything and NOTHING STICKS. I am shocked and very pleased. The way look with the hammered outer side is beautiful along with the stunning copper look. I will NOT use in the dishwasher as I don't want anything to scratch it but hand washing these are a BREEZE. Nothing sticks so literally using a paper towel to get the grease off then washing in warm soapy water is as quick as washing a plate. Easier actually. I also love that there are so many lids to fit them all and the steamer works 10 times better than my collapsable one did. Everything works together, works great, heats up fast (so watch out for your food with that fast conducting heat) lids a plenty, cleans easy and looks perfect. Great buy!!

Wife needed a pot and pan upgrade. This fit the bill fantastically. Great looking, easy to clean. Wife was super happy.

Beautiful pots and pans with glass tops. Super easy to clean--everything slides right off, except around the knobs that connect the handle to the base- but not a big deal. The handles are hollow so they won't get hot and burn you, but I guess that could potentially get dirty in there and be hard to clean, I guess, but that would be under a rare and weird circumstance. The only set back I would say is that the handles on the glass tops do get hot and can potentially burn you, so be careful. I would love to purchase an additional larger pan to match for special occasions and cooking for a larger amount of people. Absolutely love this set!

I LOVE the look. They are really good cookware. Not as durable as the commercials show. They CAN take a beating but you CAN'T use anything Sharp in them. They will scratch. Uther than that. I love them. I don't put them in the dishwasher. But usually all it takes. Is a rinse with hot water and wipe them out.

Original Review: Pots and pans look great, but there was some damage to the steam/strainer basket.Updated Review: It's been a couple months since buying and I thought I would share an update. First, Gotham never addressed the damage product I received, so thumbs down for customer service. Gotham is clearly the Harbor Freight of pots and pans. "Like Cooking on Air - Everything Slides off" is true for between 60-90 days , just long enough to get out of warranty/return period. This is a disposable product I recommend you do not buy.If you choose to waste your resources on these pans, just know they will function as advertised for just long enough they cannot be returned. After a few months, and religiously following the care instructions (hand wash with soft sponge, no overheating, using wooden utensils, etc), my pans are basically trash. The outsides can no longer be cleaned, the insides (especially pot/pan walls) are no longer "non-stick." After a month or two, the "cleaning instructions" become a joke that you simply cannot follow if you want to cook on clean pans.I should have known... any company with an "arbitration agreement" on their main website clearly understands they're peddling snake oil.

These pans are indestructible. I throw them in dishwasher all the time and come out looking as clean as when I bought them. Last night I thought I ruined one by leaving some gravy in the pan on the stove. I tried to wash off, would not. So I fill pan with water and let it soak in dish soap and water all night. In morning everything this washed off with little rubbing. We've owned all kinds from high end to medium and these are clearly the best.
