Great product I will use it for many things but with how rapid and accurate it is which is a good thing there’s not a lot of adjustment when tempering chocolate it’s extremely Quick so can give you a false sense of security But I know what I’m doing so for me was ok! I also used it for making sugar lollies and cracked candy’s was amazing for this I would recommend It. I also used it to check body heat under the tongue against my in ear thermometer before first use and it was exactly the same so very accurate

Bought as a Christmas gift for my creative Daughter. She is still practicing, I believe it is quite tricky, but the thermometer is helping!

Bought this because title specified chocolate tempering. The temperature readings are delayed, so when you take the chocolate off the heat and plunge it into the cold water, the temperature reading continues to go up. When you put the chocolate back on the heat, it continues to go down!
