Good quality steel and overall build quality for the price. Excellent for making 1 inch thick dhoklas at home. Don't expect to make 2-3 inch high hotel style dhoklas with this. But it does the job. Each plate is 18 cm in diameter. Fits well into our idli steamer.

Dhokla stand is very good as used for making dhokla its great as I aspect from the picture of the dhokla stand it should be large in size As they has written big size altogether size very small and money charged is big 700 rs for such a small stand

I made dhokla but the lower plate material was all gooey and the top plates were not cooked properly in the stipulated time. I think there should some vents for steam to reach all compartments uniformly . I had bought only for dhokla making and now no use
