Very good quality. Used it to make pearl bubbles. Making the pearls do take time and a lot of energy so I had to stop after a couple of batches. Will use the leftover flour for another recipe in the future.

Perfect for coeliac users
NO GLUTEN. It is TAPIOCA starch and is used a lot in my house when we bake, specially in bread and biscuits. Been buying most of my gluten free flours and products from this supplier and will be ordering more again soon
