These run much smaller then normal sizing. It is essentially two pairs of pants that are not completely sewn together.

I am 5'9" 135 US 4-6 pant size.I had abdominal surgery three months ago and have a long vertical scar below my navel. I work in a formal business attire environment and asked my surgeon for an attire accommodation. I tried wearing trousers, but the zipper/seam in front would rub and cause soreness.I wanted a pair of trousers that I could pull-on, would be long enough to wear with heels, and the material would lend itself to mix/match with my existing blazers. Out of respect for my employer/coworkers, I wanted to blend as much as possible and not show up in casual clothes.After reading reviews, I chose one size larger, 35" inseam (I doubted but it was perfect). The material is a slick tighter knit. They are two-ply: one compression layer, one "over" layer. Anyone who has experience with compression stockings will understand how to don these. Best approach: sit on bed and gather entire leg in both hands, step into leg and ensure ankle opening is adjusted correctly. Firmly bring up leg to above the knee and repeat with other leg. These will not slide easily up like regular yoga pants. Once on the wide waistband can draw up to offer support to the area below rib cage, or folded over to adjust the rise. When I put them on, I initially noted a little wrinkling in the high inseam/crotch, but this ended up not affecting appearance or wear.The firm pressure was really comfortable, and would be if I was a larger size (formerly a size 10). There was no rubbing on my scar. In fact, they were so comfortable I was disappointed to take them off at the end of the day. The slimming appearance was a bonus!I got so many compliments on them at work, and they were so comfortable that I recommended them at the end of the day to girlfriends. Worth every penny. That is a strong statement from a bargain shopper and someone who frequents consignment shops.At the end of the day, I reversed the method of putting the pants on. Requires patience. Since they don't lose shape, I left the pants inside out and decided to wear them again before washing and hanging dry. I wouldn't think of putting these in the dryer...ever.I ordered another pair in brown 35" inseam.

I really wanted to love these; the quality is amazing! They run small and I mean really small! The XL pants would have been perfect if I were a size 9. The weird thing is that the liner wasn't tight at all in fact it was loose on my legs. I just couldn't get them past my behind so I'm sending them back. I also think they'd be great for someplace with cold weather. Not so much for me in San Diego.

Very hard to put on. Not as expected. Only wore once. Sitting in closet now. ; (

Love these pants, I'm getting one in every color. Do NOT size up, I normally wear a misses 10/12, I bought the size large, they fit great but to get the full benefit of the shaping I should have bought the medium. I love how I feel in them, no more jiggly fat or dimpled cellulite. Wish they weren't so expensive but they are excellent quality, I think they will last a long time. I've never worn a product like this, I wish they made skirts and jeans

I understand what they did here, and I like the concept. What I don't like, is that I very much doubt that they had a woman, who would need the 3XL size, try them on during development - the shape of the body isn't the same a smaller woman!I found that all the jiggly bits from my hips and stomach got pushed up, giving me SERIOUS muffin top, and with the really tight waist band, it squeezed it even more... there was no way that extra fabric that can be folded down or worn up to my bra was going to hold anything in,... in fact, it kept rolling down every couple of seconds. Definitely not worth that kind of money.

These pants had a hole in the seam the second time i put them on. I was three days past the 30 day return policy window. Seems like maybe I had a defective pair or just bad quality. Disappointing.
