SO QUICK TO PREPARE IN A MICROWAVE
I like it in the 450 g boxes because that amount then fills a similarly sized cereal storage container in my kitchen cupboard. It is very fast to prepare in my microwave oven and the consistency is very smooth. Because of the finely milled quality it tastes just a tad differently to the more lumpy porridge oats, but I like it for that and thoroughly enjoy it at breakfast time to kick-start this retired old biker's day.Eamonn

To retain freshness fold over inner bag after use. Cooking Instructions - General - Please be careful with hot product or liquid. Once prepared, do not store or reheat. Microwave - From Ambient - It's so easy. 1 Measure 5 heaped dessert spoons (30g) of Ready brek into a microwaveable bowl. 2 Mix with 150ml of milk and stir. 3 Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through.* Stand for 1 minute before serving. *Based on 750W Category D and 1000W Category E microwaves. Hob - From Ambient - Or just add hot milk. Simply boil 150ml of milk and add to your bowl of Ready brek, stir and serve.
