Buyer Beware
I purchased this on March 16th of 2017 and it has never worked. This would not be so bad if KingsBottle would stand behind the product. After multiple emails and phone calls we still have a broken wine cooler. The hoops they have made me jump through are terrible and its obvious they just dont want to replace the cooler or refund my nearly $800.I have never been screwed like this before and I will never by an appliance on Amazon again.

DON’T EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS PIECE OF JUNK
I agree 100% with the previous review my Kings Bottle wine cooler stopped working in 6 months customer service did NOT return ANY phone calls no service department to help me and my emails were not returned so I’m out $ 800.00. I can’t believe Amazon still sells this Piece of junk. Again do Not buy any Kings Bottle product you’ll be sorry. I had a friend who also bought one of these and it happen to them as well.
