It a good quality item and work as it should most of the time,. I use it a few times, and it does works but I do have to reenter the specific car I was driving a few times and unplug and replug to the OBD port located underneath the driver areas, but overall, it works and give you the specific of the problems and provide you with a PO code and for the price of the item, it’s a good deal and a must have in order to keep the repair shop honest.

Works great. Used on a Ford Fusion 2017. Helped me diagnose my problem easily. Was also able to update the software on the scanner easily on their website. Built quality is excellent and it reads the correct codes for my car.

My first scanner, with that being said it is easy to use. Accurate with a good display, easy to connect, functions as it should. All at a good price. Instructions are useless. So far so good.

Very easy to use. Take seconds to analyze all engine areas. In addition have usb cable to attached to a laptop to download information. Allow live captures. Test battery too.

Tester arrived and it appears to be functional. It was obviously repackaged (not sure by whom Amazon or Ancel). User manual was generic not specific to the AD530 and useless in trying to determine how to operationalize the diagnostic tool. So it took several hours of groping through U Tube videos and trying to navigate the Ancel site to download, extract and run the s/w required to operationalize the tool. I'm not the the most computer literate person, have done DYI projects on my cars in the past but no car diagnostic testing experience. However, I'm not the dullest crayon in the box either.Buyers should be aware that you can download the Ad530 specific user manual from Ancel but it's not going to give you a step by step guide as to how to operationalize the tool. Again though, the tool seems fine for its intended purpose.
