Why does it hold enough water for only 30 seconds when you're supposed to use it for a minute?

As a travel product. compact size is critical. Yes, the fill tank lasts only 30 seconds, but I can accept this tradeoff rather than having a fill tank twice the size and thus taking up that much more room in a carry-on suitcase. Also, as a travel product, it's not meant for daily use over an extended period of time. At least for me, a set of alkaline batteries is good for 25-30 uses on high speed. This is more than enough for a trip. The lithium battery version costs a lot more, weighs more, and is bulkier. I'll opt for the disposable alkalines!

Well... I liked the Flosser, until after less than 2 months it stopped working. But Waterpik, after I answered questions, sent me a new one right away. They said they'd send info on cleaning but I don't have it yet. Just got the replacement so will have to suspend judgment a bit, but I did really like it before. By the way, very difficult to replace batteries and with that first one had to do it 3 times in 2 months before it stopped working altogether - probably the on/off switch.

What's the difference between this one and the WF-03?

The water vessel can’t hold much water. I’m having to fill it twice to floss both upper and lower teeth. Is this common?

Hello there- The reservoir on the WF-02 Cordless Express holds five ounces of water. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space.
