Good size, so easy to swallow, and they seem to be very high quality and are sourced from annatto, which is the best Tokotrinols source

Reported to be good for liver support. So far so good. Waiting for annual blood work report.

I don't see a discernible difference, believe it's very good. I wonder why it's 100 rather then 400 IU. I occasionally take another E that has 400 IU, realizing it's not good take 400 IU every day.

Someone told me several years ago to take this for High Triglycerides…well bye bye high numbers!!! I’ve had normal levels since👍🏻

Does what I want it for good product

I buy a lot of Swanson products and this is the best vitamin e. I started taking this product mainly for heart health, but skin as well. I got a extra bonus taking this product, my hair has slowed down falling out. And my hair was coming out ever time I ran my fingers through it. Great stuff! Will purchase again!

I’d say this is an easy to swallow, medium sized capsule. This brand was recommended by consumer labs for purity and potency claims. It goes down easily and doesn’t upset my stomach. My doctor recommended I take 300 mg twice daily tocotrienols for my liver issues. Looking around I discovered that dosage is VERY expensive so I tried these hoping for a less expensive effective option. I took 1 capsule 3 times daily. Unfortunately for me, these weren’t at a therapeutic dose as shown by my unchanged liver tests.
