Great Reed for beginners
I love Van Doren reeds and use them exclusively. When buying reeds for some beginners that I teach, I was thrilled to find these beginner versions of my favorites. I love the sound of the reeds and it's a good quality reed to offer to beginners who maybe won't sink money into the professional level ones yet.

I am a guitarist, and the clarinetist in my duo is a Vandoren endorser. I asked him about these particular reads for a beginner and the 2.5 strength is appropriate for pretty much any level. The price was very good and I have a nice package of rees to learn how to play this instrument

Makes good sound quality
My son's always used this since he was 4th grade. It's durable and fit well, makes good sound quality.

My daughter prefers these over the regular Vandoren reeds. They are easier to use and the clarinet tone is much clearer for her when she uses these.
