Passion Flower - Passiflora incarnata Loose Cut/Sifted by Nature Tea (8 oz)

I bought this to help me sleep because I found someone saying that if you put a cloth bag under your pillow with oat straw, peppermint, passion flower, chamomile, and mugwort it will help you fall asleep. I tried using it and it worked so well. I had absolutely no faith in this but it helped me go from taking 3-4 hours every night to fall asleep to 30 minutes. The passion flower is kind of the one that I don’t pay attention to. I’ve never drunk any of the tea, it doesn’t really have a strong smell, it just looks like tea. It’s kind of meh.

I'm very happy with the high quality of this product when it arrived. I can tell that the procurement process was given lots of attention as it is very clean and very well dried (not shriveled). I've been using it ever day. I feel calmer and more steady. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to calm down some anxiety.

More stems than I expected but very great tasting smoke. Tasted just like green tea brewed. The flower part is soft and it says it will last awhile

They won’t let me return it. But, at least I can save others from being ripped off. See the photo. That’s representative of the entire bag. What use do I have for a bunch of sticks and stems? I could go pick some up from my yard.

I guess I should’ve looked better .. was thinking it would be a decent amount but not at all ..hope it’s good
