I bought this for my 3-year-old who loves to help me bake, and it has been a huge hit in our house! I love that it’s made of wood rather than plastic, it feels sturdy, durable, and high-quality. The pieces are beautifully painted, very smooth, and there are absolutely no slivers or rough edges, which gives me peace of mind when little hands are playing. My daughter spends hours slicing, decorating, and “baking” her cookies. It encourages so much creativity and pretend play, and best of all, it’s completely screen-free. The set is also surprisingly lightweight and easy for her to handle and carry around. This is one of those rare toys that actually keeps a young child busy without batteries or flashing lights. Highly recommend, wonderful quality and full of imaginative fun!

I have ordered this cookie set from Melissa and Doug 4 times already and am about to order it again! The kids love changing the cookie tops around and putting them on the tray with the spatula. My child has given this set as gifts to 4 different girls at their birthday party for ages 3-4 this year. The parents have all commented on how cute this set is and the kids love it. It is usually priced affordable as well, which helps when you are invited to a birthday party nearly every week. We are very satisfied with this purchase and it is in my cart again already!

Our toddler loves this. She has so much fun dumping out the cookies and then “baking/frosting” them. The quality of the pieces is great and they are going to last.

I have always loved Melissa & Doug brand items and this item did not disappoint. I first saw the cookie set at my daughters daycare and she was always playing with it when I was coming to pick her up. My daughter (who is three years old) loves this item and plays with it all day long. It is cute to see her using the kitchen mitt and spatula to get the cookies off the cookie sheet. My daughter loves taking the cookies out of the container and placing them on the cookie sheet, she counts the cookies as she does this, so bonus with her practicing her counting. She serves us the cookies and lets us pick which ones we like decorated the most. Playing with this item has actually got her interested in helping me bake for real. Pros: - Cookies are made from thick wood pieces - Cookie bases have velcro so they can stick to cookie sheet so they do not slip off - The Amount of Accessories: Tray which the cookies velcro on, a knife that "cut" the cookies, spatula, oven mitt, and container to hold all the cookies - Can "decorate" the cookie by placing the "icing" on the cookies by velcro - Comes with a container to hold all the cookies - All the items, to include the accessories, in the set seem really durable Cons: - The velcro has already started getting dirty (have had it for only about a month) so I am not sure how long it is going to last - One of the velcro pieces on the cookie sheet started coming off due to my daughter putting them on and taking them off constantly. I used super glue and have not had anymore problems yet, but a little disappointing since I have only had a short amount of time - A lot of pieces (a good/bad thing) and my daughter seems to mess up the house a lot with her cookie set - Bulky: Fortunately I have the space for all her items, but to keep things organized due to the amount/size of the items at time can be hard. Overall, I highly recommend this item. Keeps my daughter entertained for hours at a time and she plays with it everyday. I love that she likes to count the cookies as she is playing with them and that it is getting her interested in helping mommy cook in the kitchen.

Great toy for girls and boys. I bought for granddaughter, but her brother wanted to play with it, too. They have the best time together. And I get to eat the cookies, too. Lol I highly recommend for the quality, ease of cleaning.

Lovely little wooden 'cooking set' to go in my niece's play kitchen - a baking tray just like mummy's, a wooden knife and spatula and 12 cookies with velcro attachable toppings. You can store the cookies in the dough roll and use the gingham oven glove when putting the tray in and out the oven! Lovely quality, good paint finish, nice colours; there's really nothing to criticise in this, apart from maybe the cookie roll could be more durable. It's great for imaginative play. I bought this set for a 2 year old, despite it being graded 3+ years as it will be used with Mum's supervision and the pieces are rather large - I don't know that a toddler could actually get one in their mouth, let alone jammed in their throat. But as they can be tenacious little beings, it's always better to be safe than sorry, so it will be supervised. Just want to mention that I chose this particular set because the pieces are bigger than some of these cooking sets you can buy, which would cause me more concern.

Como todo lo de esta marca, juguete de madera muy bonito, buena calidad. Las galletas se unen con velcro para después cortarlas. Los tamaños son perfectos para niños. La bandeja también lleva velcro para poner las galletas y nada se caiga. Viene la bandeja, guante, galletas, toppings, cuchillo, espátula y el envase para guardar las galletas.
