I have taken this supplement every day for the last 4 years. It's an amazing product that, I feel, has helped keep my immune system strong so that I haven't had a cold or flu since I have taken it. Better choice than gummies
I like the capsules much better than the gummies; they have more elderberry, zinc, and vitamin C. I haven’t taken them long enough to notice a significant difference, but I am able to eliminate other separate supplements I have been taking.
