PRO 11 WELLBEING Acupressure mat and pillow set with carry bag (Grey/Blue)

This takes a few uses to be comfortable but is worth persevering. I suffer with neck and shoulder tension and pain. I bought this as I'm used to acupuncture and wondered if it might help. I usually get comfy in bed then put the mat behind me and lay carefully back and try to relax onto it. If you need to make slight position adjustments do it very slowly. Start with a t shirt or pj's on and after a few times move to no clothes. I find it really helps with pain and helps me sleep. I don't use it every night but probably a couple of times a week. The nextday I always feel more relaxed in myself and usually the pain has disappeared. For the price it's very effective, for me anyway.

I’d heard so many people raving about these things so I thought I’d give this one a go; for £20 I thought it’s not the biggest loss if it turns out not for me. It was smaller than expected. It’s the size of a baby changing mat so only big enough for your back. You do get a spikey pillow too, though I don’t use it, I can’t get comfy using the pillow too. So anyway, It’s turned out to be a great investment; I love it. The first time I used it I could do just 1 minute, bare skin on spikes, but breathe into it, focus elsewhere and I quickly developed longer staying power and do 15-30mins now. Mind, it’s the tearing yourself off it that stings a little after a long stint. Your skin is red and dinted by the little spikes and feels a bit like sunburn. However it also brings on a mild elation, mixed with a really calm state, I love it. I tend to use mine after my daily exercise and it’s like a form of meditation for me. It rolls back up easy and pops back into the drawstring carry bag. Recommended.

I bought this after straining my lower back. I'd already had some treatment via the osteopaths but I was struggling with relieving pain whilst at home. I saw a similar product to this on Instagram and thought I'd look into it. It arrived within the week, during a lockdown no less. I'll admit I was surprised at how small it was but I'm 5"2 and I'm able to comfortably fit the separate pillow under my neck whilst lying on the mat. I also got my family members to try it, who are all taller, and they can use it no issue. As for the 'pain factor' I honestly don't notice the little flower-shaped spikes and the pillow helps to elongate my spine. I've found that it stretches me out and cracks my lower back, relieving tension, just by lying flat. Very happy with my purchase, just think for taller/broader people it could be a bit small.

Amazing mat, sharp enough to work beautifully but not hurt. thank you. The mat is a life safer after having had a stroke and letting me get the best sleep ever. I have been using accupressure mats for years before this one. but this one has the softest , loveliest material ever. The seller quickly sorted out an issue with delivery. And the amazon helpdesk agent was just a star. I would like to thank her again.

The first few times I used this it was almost unbearable but I persevered and now its very easy to do 30-60 mins. The longer you lay the better the benefits, you go from feeling slightly uncomfortable, through warmth and then total relaxation. I've only given 4 stars for pain relief because I don't really have any pain to start with but I imagine you would get a benefit what with all the blood flow to that area, the same for sleep, only 3 stars because I am not a bad sleeper anyway so cannot really comment. For the money compared to other brands I think this is a good buy, it comes with a bag and rolls easily into it for storage.

I really like this mat and use it often especially now during quarantine. Comes with a nice carrying bag. However it’s not fully stitched all over so when rolling it around the neck pad you see gaping seams into the inside. While not always pretty it does what you expect.

I use this mat last thing at night and it’s great for helping with sleep. Not sure about any of the other health claims it makes.

I was very sceptical before I bought this mat but decided to try it as the price was appealing. I really like lying on it. First time was painful but it was a weirdly nice pain, now I can even fall asleep on it and don't feel the pain. I don't use the pillow as I find it too high. I use this mat in my bed as it blends into the body better when it's on the mattress rather than on the flat floor. I've been using it for few weeks (not every day though) as a massage. Once I had a lower back pain and after using it for about 20-30 minutes the pain was almost gone. Nice gadget, not sure if it works for every back pain but it worked for me.

j'ai acheter ce produit pour mon dos ,je le teste a peine ,mais ma l'air éfficace.

A veces me pregunto para qué compro estas cosas, seguro q no sirven para lo q anuncian....pues, en este caso, menos mal q tenia este producto cuando me he levantado esta mañana sin poder mover el cuello ni el hombro. 10 min/3 veces y mejor q cremas ó medicamentos.

Très bon produit, commande livrée à temps vendeur très sérieux je recommande.

Douloureux pendant la première minute, après on a une sensation de chaleur et on sent plus les piques.
